Upload teacher-created audio files/videos for AP-style conversations#116

AP languages require that students participate in a convesation with a pre-recorded interlocutor. I have several recordings of practice conversations that I would like upload and assign on This Is School. The audio file or video should be able to play at the same time as students record their responses in between the 20 second beeps.
