Improve Nutty Games Custom Lists#16

At present we can only select words from your database, but often when we try to add a list to work with, many words get rejected (particularly for higher level vocabulary words). Opening this up to allow any words and we specify translation in a CSV or comma format would be very helpful to engage stutents with custom vocabulary tailored to our lessons!
