Ability to use Markbook View across all assignments regardless of whether they are upcoming, overdue or completed.#61

It would be great to have a gradebook setup within this site for quickly transferring grades to our gradebooks, rather than downloading a spreadsheet and trying to reformat that.

Hello Jessica! Thank you so much for your suggestion - your ideas are invaluable to us. Can I ask what kind of gradebook system you currently use that you’d like to be able to transfer scores to? Thank you in advance for the extra info 🙂

My district uses PowerSchool :)

But even just having a gradebook to see all the assignments and who has completed all of the assignments would be nice, rather than having to look at each assignment and figuring out if it’s in the “overdue” or “completed” tab

Thank you, Jessica - this is really good to know and will helps us explore some possible solutions. In the meantime, have you tried using our ‘Markbook View’ to give you an overview of who’s completed what across multiple assignments? It’s not exactly what you’re describing, but you might find it helpful.

I saw that, but the Markbook View is grayed out on my screen–I cannot click on it so I cannot use it

Hi Jessica! If you check the little boxes to the right of the assignments you’d like to look at, the button will become clickable :)

Got it, thank you! So then I would like to amend my suggestion to have an “all assignments” tab so we can see all of the assignments together :)
