Sound issue on speaking prompt#94

I don’t have a specific suggestion but my colleagues and I are experiencing issues with students and their speaking prompts. Most I can here but there have been instances when the recording was submitted but the voice could not be heard. And these are students who have submitted speaking prompts before. Any help would be appreciated!
